Whilst we are a wholly owned Irish company, our staff have a wealth of experience having worked on major hospitality events both in Ireland, the UK and Internationally. Each individual member of our team brings extensive expertise to our organisation which is evidenced through the ingenuity and exceptional standards executed in delivery of events to our clients.

Our recruitment process is very transparent – all our staff are interviewed, fully reference checked, inducted and trained for all of our venues. We pride ourselves on our low staff turnover, this not only lends itself to more experienced and professional staff, but to a great working atmosphere clearly evident to our clients and employees.

We continually invest in our staff, providing training programmes in all areas including Customer Service, Dining Presentation, Room Layout, Service Issues and Health & Safety in order to enhance both the capabilities of our staff and subsequently client service experience.
