At Fitzers Catering we pride ourselves in our ability to create solutions to specific requirements. We work in partnership with our clients, seeking better ways to enhance the customer experience. Examples of this can be seen in our innovative solutions to bar service difficulties at Croke Park. Fitzers was awarded the contract in 2005 and were delighted to look at areas where they could improve service for customers. After an initial examination, Fitzers Bar Service Division introduced Express Ordering, Bottle Bars, Mobile Hawkers and Fast Pour Beer Systems to cater for high volume crowds requiring service at particular times during events. This had the effect of reducing the pressure on the traditional bars within the stadium while increasing the availability of beverages throughout the venue.
