Fast Pour Beer Systems

This system produces a pint in as quickly as 3 seconds. This allows us to deal effectively and efficiently with massive demand, particularly at key service points such as half-time in a match or any period of high intensity.

Hawkers

'Why wait in a queue when we can bring the bar to you?' is the philosophy behind this innovative idea. Fitzers Catering are the first company to bring this idea to Ireland. Through the co-operation of our suppliers our hawkers offer mobile solutions including beer, wine and mixed in the can spirits all to ensure that the customer does not have to queue at a bar.

Express Ordering

Fitzers gourmet implemented an Express Order system at Premium Level at Croke Park stadium, whereby customers order their half-time drinks in advance from one of our dedicated and trained order takers who are located in various strategic locations. The system is similar to the theatre style interval drink orders often dispensed “On Broadway” which enables customers to order and pay for drinks in advance, avoiding the half-time or interval rush with their drinks ready for collection.

In addition Fitzers also implement a “Wine Express” order system. Perfect to order your wines in advance or to chose from an expert a wine suitable for consumption with the menu chosen on the evening. Wines can be selected for your table prior to arrival.

Bottle Bars

Bottle Bars and Mix Drinks are a speedy and convenient service solution. We have introduced dedicated Bottle Bars into our beverage offering in Croke Park, serving only bottled beer and bottles of wine. We have also introduced mix drinks in the form of pre-mixed Gin & Tonic and Vodka & Cranberry, the first in Ireland to do so in an outdoor setting.
