Our Outdoor Catering team provide services at prestigious State venues including Farmleigh, Dublin Castle, Royal Hospital Kilmainham and Government Buildings. We previously hosted both the opening and closing ceremonies of Ireland’s EU Presidency.

We understand that the different nature of individual events requires a tailored approach in terms of the presentation of both our food offering and our staff. We carefully design our menus, uniforms and service methods to suit the occasion. From Presidential Fine Dining to Themed Corporate Entertainment or Summer Garden Parties and large marquees as well as Barbeques Fitzers Gourmet will make each occasion unique.

Utilising our blend of abilities at Croke Park Stadium including the 87 Individual Suites and the Premium Levels at the venue is an essential element of Fitzers Gourmet. Managing and servicing the Corporate and Elegant dining needs of Rugby, Soccer and GAA clients, in addition to the glamorous and stylish Concert aficionado, Fitzers Gourmet must be at the top of their "Game" on all occasions.
