In 2005 Fitzers Catering were awarded the contract for Croke Park Stadium the fifth largest stadium in Europe. Fitzers Catering manage the catering operation for the entire stadium to include all general admission Food & Bars Kiosk catering along with all Premium and Corporate catering. We have developed and expanded on the catering operation to provide a service for the needs of 82,300 fans for GAA events, as well as concerts and, previously, rugby and soccer matches. In addition we also service all of the non-event day business at Croke Park to include, seminars, exhibitions and launches combined with gala lunches and dinners.
