menus

Fitzers diverse brand portfolio and client experience means we have menus to suit every occasion. From festival foods, to weddings, product launches or coffee shops - we've a mouth watering selection of culinary creations - just for you and your special occasion!

Eating with Fitzers Catering is a truly satisfying experience as we ensure a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere needed for a memorable event. The menu is shaped around a commitment to its produce and combine the best from local ingredients and food culture by reworking ideas using modern techniques with a focus on freshness, local sourcing and compelling flavour combinations.

Part of our role is to interact with guests and reflect on the different ways food can have an impact, rather than just filling people up and sending them on their way. Our menus are renowned for their tasty appetisers to whet the appetite, a delicious array of main course ‘treats’ that round off the meal and decadent desserts to top it off.

No matter what the occasion, there’s always at least one dish that will satisfy the fussiest of palettes. Dinner is not just about delicate combinations, but hearty dishes that will keep everyone satisfied. Fitzers Catering dishes tend to be memorable, with our Group Executive Head Chef, Leonard Fearon's Michelin star background at play, so come hungry!
