our menus

Fitzers diverse brand portfolio and client experience means we have menus to suit every occasion. From festival foods, to weddings, product launches or coffee shops - we've a mouth watering selection of culinary creations - just for you and your special occasion!

Eating with Fitzers Catering is truly uplifting, with the warmth of the creative dynamic and a sense of fun all-pervasive. The menu is shaped around a commitment to its produce and we tease out the best from local ingredients and food culture by reworking ideas using modern techniques with a focus on freshness, sourcing and compelling flavour combinations.

Part of our role is to play with guests and reflect on the different ways food can have an impact, rather than just filling people up and sending them on their way. Our menus are renowned for both numerous smaller appetisers to graze on, to its stunning array of main course ‘treats’ that round off the meal.

No matter what the occasion, there’s always at least one dish that makes you feel glad to be alive with big flavour hits. Dinner is not about delicate combinations or table theatrics, but gutsy dishes that will remain at the forefront of your memory bank for years to come. Fitzers Catering dishes tend to be epic, with our Group Executive Head Chef, Leonard Fearon's Michelin star background at play, so come hungry!
