Eating with Fitzers Catering is truly uplifting, with the warmth of the creative dynamic and a sense of fun all-pervasive. The menu is shaped around a commitment to its produce and we tease out the best from local ingredients and food culture by reworking ideas using modern techniques with a focus on freshness, sourcing and compelling flavour combinations.
Part of our role is to play with guests and reflect on the different ways food can have an impact, rather than just filling people up and sending them on their way.
