Sharon Fitzpatrick - Owner Director
Educated in Loreto College, St. Stephen’s Green, Marketing Graduate from the College of Marketing and Design. While working with her siblings in Fitzers Restaurants, Sharon took over Fitzers Catering in 1990.
In 1993, she was awarded with her first film contract ‘In the name of the Father’ which changed the direction of the business. Fitzers Catering became the market leader in film catering, an area which was previously dominated by companies from the UK.
Driven by determination and desire to always raise standards, Sharon has built the company into the professional operation it is today.
Barry Storey - Managing Director
A graduate of Athlone Regional Technical College, Barry holds a degree in Hotel Management.
He emigrated to the United States directly after college and during his time there worked for three major hotel groups – Hilton, Sheraton and the Regal hotel group for a combined total of eleven years, in both Chicago and Boston.
Barry returned to Ireland in 1998 and joined Fitzers in August 1999 as General Manager - just after Fitzers received their first contract at Leopardstown Race Course. A strict professional with a strong appetite for financial matters and operational execution, Barry is a strong believer in having all things right for the customer. He has been the leading influence in the implementation of systems, standards and business plan execution in all our venues.
Paula Fitzpatrick - Director & Quality Assurance Manager
Paula is a sister of Sharon’s and has worked with Fitzers Catering since the start of the company. She has a wealth of experience in every aspect of catering and is an integral part of the Management Team.
Paula has a strong focus on food presentation detail, she is on hand at each event to ensure our standards of quality and food presentation is always first class. She is constantly seeking new innovative ideas, and works closely with our team of chefs in devising menu selections.
Lenny Fearon - Director & Executive Head Chef
Lenny has been part of the Kitchen team since Nov 2002. He trained at the world famous Baco Rotan restaurant in Florida, and has worked in three Michelin starred restaurants. He has also worked in the prestigious Dublin Michelin starred L’Ecrivian and worked as Head Chef for Conrad Gallagher in Peacock Alley.
Lenny has brought a new dimension to food quality and presentation for Fitzers Catering, setting us apart in our competitive set. He has brought a new element of food design and styling to our portfolio and has had a major part to play in the quality of our menus.
Lenny has excellent kitchen management skills and is fully responsible for all the food preparation for all our major events catering for over 90,000 people at any given time. Lenny was promoted to company director in 2011 and is heavily involved in the food delivery in all our venues.
Cathy Jones - Director of Human Resources
Cathy is an experienced Human Resources Director with over twenty years of experience across a wide range of industry sectors. She is also a qualified training specialist and has done a lot of work with FAS Ireland and various community based projects.
Having joined Fitzers Catering in Jan 2005, following the awarding of the contract for Croke Park Stadium, Cathy brought with her over 15 years of experience working as a senior HR consultant with various public sector bodies, government agencies and private companies. Cathy is responsible for the recruitment and training of all our staff, both full time and casual staff throughout all venues.
Cathy has mobilised the staffing in all venues including: Convention Centre Dublin, Horse Racing Ireland, The Law Society, The Four Courts,The Royal College of Physicians and Slane Castle. She continues to work closely with all our venues to implement our people strategy. Cathy also spear heads our ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management System.
