The fourth of the Summer Saturday Series takes place on 31st August 2024.

The Pat Smullen Race Day in aid of Cancer Trials Ireland is very close to the hearts of the Irish racing community.

In addition to an exciting race card including the Cancer Trials Ireland Irish Cambridgeshire , the Heider Family Stable Round Tower Stakes (Group 3), the Newtownanner Stud Stakes (Group 3) and the Snow Fairy Stakes (Group 3), this unique race day includes a host of events and activities to raise funds for Cancer Trials Ireland, the leading cancer research trials organisation in Ireland, a charity very close to Pat Smullen’s heart.

The day will also include the second running of the Pat Smullen Charity Race – Riders eager to take part are invited to showcase their interest by emailing charityrace@curragh.ie.
